Call (555) 014-2290 or email velvetroom@example.com. We take bookings up to 30 days ahead for parties of up to six. Larger groups should ask about private events. Tables hold for 15 minutes past your time. Bar seats stay open for walk-ins.
Getting Here
We sit between the Halden Falls Playhouse and the old post office, two blocks from the Main Street station. Street parking is free after 6 pm. The Larkspur Garage across the street charges $8 for the night. Rideshare drop-off works best on the Larkspur side.

About Us
Celeste Marlowe opened The Velvet Room in 2019 after a decade behind the bar in Chicago and New Orleans. She wanted a lounge that honored the Jazz Age without playing dress up. Theo Vance joined on day one. Ruby Okafor came aboard in 2021 and built the music program into what it is now. Dario Lund runs the kitchen.
